Aroma notes
Geranium, grapefruit, spearmint, and ylang ylang, with a soft earthy base of patchouli. Together, they create a sweet, uplifting aroma that encourages calm, balance, and compassion.

Building your routine
The Bliss scent family makes it easy to build a calming at-home aromatherapy ritual:
- Set the space. Add a few drops of Bliss to your diffuser, following your diffuser's directions for water and drop count.
- Unwind. Take a warm bath or shower with a few drops blended into a carrier oil or bath salts.
- Moisturize. Smooth on Bliss Hand + Body Lotion while skin is still slightly damp.
- Rest. Mist your pillow with Bliss Aroma Mist and take a few slow, deep breaths before sleep.

Esthetician tip
If you make your own body oil, mix a small batch in a clean amber or dark glass bottle and use it up within a few weeks. Label it with the date so you know when you blended it.
How is this different from the regular Bliss Essential Oil?
It is the exact same blend, just in a larger 1.7 fl oz bottle. It is the size we use in the studio and the best choice if you diffuse daily or make your own sprays and body oils.
How many drops should I use in a diffuser?
Start with a few drops and follow the directions for your diffuser. Add more only if you want a stronger scent. A little goes a long way.
How do I dilute it for skin?
Never apply it straight from the bottle. A common guideline for body use is about a 1 to 2 percent dilution, which works out to roughly 6 to 12 drops per ounce (30 ml) of a carrier oil like jojoba or an unscented lotion. Use less on the face, keep it away from the eyes, and patch test on your inner arm first.
Can I add it straight to my bath?
Essential oils do not mix with water, so drops can float on top and touch skin undiluted. Blend a few drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil, unscented body wash, or bath salts first, then add that to the water.
Does it make skin sun sensitive?
Bliss contains grapefruit oil, and some citrus oils can increase sensitivity to sunlight when left on the skin. If you add Bliss to a body oil or lotion, we suggest using it in the evening or on areas that will be covered.
Is it safe to diffuse around pets and kids?
Some essential oils can bother pets, especially cats and birds, and young children are more sensitive to strong aromas. Diffuse in a well-ventilated room for limited periods, keep the bottle out of reach, and make sure pets can leave the room. Check with your veterinarian or pediatrician if you have concerns.
