Unused products
You can return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.

Used or opened products
Because these are skincare and beauty products, returns of opened or used items need our approval first. Email info.beautyritualsskincare@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and tell us what happened. We'll review your request and let you know the next steps.

How to start a return
Email info.beautyritualsskincare@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Items returned without approval can't be accepted.

Not returnable
Sale items and gift cards.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to post it. A 15% restocking fee is deducted from all approved refunds.
