How to use
After pre-cleansing, apply to damp skin and massage with your fingertips. Rinse with water. Follow with your Environ toner and vitamin A moisturizer. Use twice daily.

In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen such as Total Protection™ No-Show™ Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50.
A note on the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™
Environ's Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™ introduces vitamin A gradually so skin can adapt comfortably. The AVST Moisturisers run from level 1 to 5, and the Youth EssentiA® C-Quence Serums run from 1 to 4, followed by Intensive Serum 4 Plus. Most people spend about 2 to 3 bottles at each level before stepping up.
Your cleanser stays the same as you step up from AVST 1 to Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 2 and beyond.
Esthetician tip
Take your time with your evening cleanse. Massage the lotion over the face and neck for about a minute, including the hairline and jawline, then rinse with lukewarm water. It's a small daily ritual that helps skin feel calm and ready for your vitamin A moisturizer. Pat dry with a clean towel instead of rubbing.
Do I need to pre-cleanse first?
If you wear makeup or sunscreen, a pre-cleanse helps. The oil dissolves makeup and sunscreen so this cleanser can focus on the skin itself.
Is it okay for sensitive skin?
Yes. It's a gentle, creamy cleanser designed to help preserve the skin's moisture barrier, which makes it a good everyday choice for most sensitive skin types.
Can oily skin use a cream cleanser?
It can, but many oily skin types prefer the fresh feel of Low Foam Cleansing Gel. Choose the texture you'll enjoy using twice a day.
How much should I use?
A small amount, about the size of a nickel, is enough for the face and neck.
Can I use it while pregnant or nursing?
