Why single-dose capsules?
Oils rich in vitamins and antioxidants can be sensitive to air and light. Sealing each dose in its own capsule means every application is fresh and perfectly measured, and it makes the capsules easy to travel with.
Who it's not for
If your skin is very oily or prone to congestion, these capsules may feel too rich. You'll likely be happier with a lighter option such as Vita-Enriched Antioxidant Gel or the Clarity+ range. And if your skin is irritated or sensitized, pause the capsules and focus on soothing products like Vita-Enriched Colostrum Gel until things calm down.
Keep the capsules in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and always use a fresh capsule rather than saving leftover oil for later.
How to use
Twist open one capsule and gently massage the oil into clean face and neck, or mix it into your Environ vitamin A moisturizer. Use in the evening or as directed by your skin therapist.
Note: For external use only. Do not swallow.
Building your routine
An evening routine for dry or tired skin:
- Pre-cleanse with Dual Action Pre-Cleansing Oil.
- Cleanse with Hydra-Intense Cleansing Lotion, a nourishing option for dry skin.
- Tone with Botanical Infused Moisturising Toner.
- Hydrate with HA Intensive Hydrating Serum.
- Nourish by mixing one capsule into your Environ vitamin A moisturizer, such as Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1 or your current level, or massaging it onto the skin on its own.
For extra comfort on very dry days, finish with Vita-Complex Super Moisturiser, and remember broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning.
Esthetician tip
Warm the oil between your palms first, then press it onto the skin. It absorbs more evenly and feels like a mini facial at home.
How often should I use them?
Use one capsule in the evening, as often as your skin needs it. Many clients use them nightly in winter and a few times a week in summer.
Will an oil make me break out?
If your skin is oily or breakout-prone, these capsules may feel too rich. Environ's Vita-Botanical Sebu-ACE Oil is a lighter oil made for that skin type.
They contain retinol. Is that okay with my AVST moisturizer?
They're designed to work with Environ's vitamin A routine. If you're on a high level or also using a retinol booster, ask us how often to use them so your skin isn't overloaded.
Can I use them on my neck and hands?
Yes. Any leftover oil is lovely massaged into the neck, décolleté, and backs of the hands.
Can I use them while pregnant or nursing?
Please check with your healthcare provider before starting or continuing any vitamin A or other active skincare during pregnancy or nursing.
