Theraderm Brilliance Boost Resurfacing Pads make exfoliation simple. This jar of 50 pads is enriched with a blend of lactic and mandelic acids for a smoother texture, ethyl ascorbic acid for a youthful glow, arbutin for complexion clarity, and allantoin for a soothing touch. With regular use, skin looks smoother, clearer, and more luminous. The formula is designed to be gentle yet effective and suitable for all skin types.
Why a pad?
Pre-soaked pads take the guesswork out of exfoliation. Each pad holds a measured amount of solution, so you get even coverage in one quick sweep without pumps, cotton rounds, or mess. They are easy to keep on the bathroom counter and easy to travel with, which makes it much more likely you will actually use them consistently, and consistency is what delivers results.

Key ingredients
- Lactic acid: an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that exfoliates the surface while also helping skin hold onto moisture.
- Mandelic acid: an AHA with a larger molecule that absorbs more slowly, so it exfoliates with less irritation. A favorite for sensitive and melanin-rich skin.
- Ethyl ascorbic acid: a stable form of vitamin C that supports a brighter, more radiant look.
- Arbutin: a brightening ingredient that helps the complexion look more even and clear.
- Allantoin: a soothing, skin-conditioning ingredient that helps keep skin comfortable.
How to use
After cleansing, sweep one pad over clean, dry face and neck, avoiding the eyes and lips. Do not rinse. Follow with your serum and moisturizer. Start with a few evenings a week and increase as your skin adjusts. Always follow the directions on your jar, and close the lid tightly after each use so the pads stay saturated.
Important: AHAs can increase sun sensitivity. Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen every day while using this product.
Building your routine
- Cleanse with a gentle cleanser like Ultra Gentle Cleanser.
- Resurface with one Brilliance Boost pad.
- Hydrate with a peptide moisturizer like Cran Peptide Cream, and use Theraderm Flawless Neck Crème on the neck and chest.
In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen like Daily SPF 30 Lotion.
Esthetician tip
Skip the pads the night before and the night after waxing, dermaplaning, or a professional peel. Freshly treated skin needs a break. We'll tell you exactly when to start back up after your appointment.
How long does a jar last?
The jar holds 50 pads. Used three to four times a week, that is roughly three months. Used nightly, closer to seven weeks.
Is a light tingle normal?
Yes, a mild tingle is common with AHAs and usually fades within a minute. Burning, lasting redness, or peeling means you should cut back and check in with us.
Can I use these with retinol?
Many people do, but not on the same night when starting out. Alternate nights to avoid over-exfoliating, and ask us to help you plan the schedule.
Are they safe for darker skin tones?
Mandelic and lactic acids are generally considered gentle choices for all skin tones. Increase frequency slowly, since irritation is what can lead to dark marks.
Can I use a pad on my body?
Many clients like using an extra swipe on the neck and chest. Keep the same sun protection rules for any area you exfoliate.
Can I use them while pregnant or nursing?
Please check with your healthcare provider before starting any new active skincare during pregnancy or nursing.
