How to use

Face: after cleansing, apply the AHA toner with a cotton pad, then mix 1 drop of Retinol Serum into your moisturizer in the evening (start 2 to 3 nights a week). Layer Super Moisturiser on top when skin needs extra hydration. Use the Revival Masque once or twice a week for 10 to 15 minutes.

Body: mix Derma-Lac Lotion and Vitamin A, C & E Body Oil in your palm and massage into skin after bathing.

Important: AHAs and retinoids can increase sun sensitivity. Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen daily.

Building your routine

The VIP Essentials Set works best alongside an Environ vitamin A moisturizer. A complete evening routine could look like this:

1. Pre-cleanse with Dual Action Pre-Cleansing Oil and cleanse with Mild Cleansing Lotion.
2. Tone with the Concentrated Alpha Hydroxy Toner from the set.
3. Moisturize with your AVST Moisturiser, such as Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1, with a drop of Retinol Serum mixed in.
4. Boost with Super Moisturiser if your skin feels dry or tight.

In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen such as Total Protection™ No-Show™ Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50.

A note on the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™

Environ's Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™ introduces vitamin A gradually so skin can adapt comfortably. The AVST Moisturisers run from level 1 to 5, and the Youth EssentiA® C-Quence Serums run from 1 to 4, followed by Intensive Serum 4 Plus. Most people spend about 2 to 3 bottles at each level before stepping up.

If you're new to vitamin A, starting low and stepping up slowly is the most comfortable way to build results. The Tri-Retinoid Complex Retinol Serum Forte is a stronger option for experienced users once you've finished the regular-strength serum and your skin is comfortable.
