Environ Hydroxy Acid Sebu-Clear Masque is an acid cream masque from Environ's Clarity+ range. A combination of exfoliating acids helps clear the look of existing breakouts and keep pores clean, leaving skin looking visibly clearer and smoother.

Why a weekly acid masque?
Daily cleansing and toning keep oily skin in check, but dead cells and oil can still build up in pores over the week. A weekly exfoliating masque gives skin a deeper reset, helping clear away that buildup so pores look cleaner and texture looks smoother. Because it's a cream masque, it does this without the harsh, scrubbing action that can irritate breakout-prone skin.

How to use
Apply a thin layer to cleansed, toned skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for the time directed by your skin therapist, then rinse with lukewarm water and follow with your moisturizer. Use about once a week, or as directed. A light tingle is normal.
Important: Acids can increase sun sensitivity. Wear broad-spectrum sunscreen daily.
The Environ Clarity+ routine
Sebu-Wash Gel Cleanser → Sebu-Tone Clarifier → Sebu-Lac Lotion or Sebu-ACE Oil → Sebu-Spot Blemish Gel as needed → Sebu-Clear Masque weekly.
Building your routine
On masque night:
- Cleanse with Botanical Infused Sebu-Wash Gel Cleanser.
- Tone with Botanical Infused Sebu-Tone Clarifier.
- Masque with Sebu-Clear Masque, then rinse.
- Hydrate with Hydroxy Acid Sebu-Lac Lotion or Vita-Botanical Sebu-ACE Oil.
Use Botanical Infused Sebu-Spot Blemish Gel on individual spots as needed, and wear sunscreen the next morning.
Esthetician tip
Don't masque right before or after waxing or a professional peel. Give your skin a few days to recover first.
Adding vitamin A to a Clarity+ routine
Environ's core philosophy is vitamin A, and breakout-prone skin benefits from it too. Your skin therapist may suggest adding a vitamin A product from the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™, such as Vita-Antioxidant AVST Gel or Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1, and stepping up gradually as your skin adapts. Introducing one new product at a time makes it easier to see what your skin likes.
How long do I leave it on?
Follow the time your skin therapist recommends. If you're new to acid masques, start on the shorter side and build up as your skin gets used to it.
Is tingling normal?
A light tingle is normal. Burning, strong stinging, or lasting redness is not. Rinse it off right away and let us know.
Can I use it more than once a week?
About once a week is the usual recommendation. Using exfoliating masques too often can over-dry the skin and leave it irritated.
Can I use it with a retinoid?
Skip retinoids and other strong exfoliants on masque night to avoid over-exfoliating. Ask us how to plan your week.
Can I use it while pregnant or nursing?
Please check with your healthcare provider before starting any new active skincare during pregnancy or nursing.
