Environ Hydroxy Acid Sebu-Lac Lotion is a lightweight, non-oily lotion from Environ's Clarity+ range. A special combination of lactic acid exfoliants and moisturizers helps combat the visible signs of breakouts and improve the texture and tone of breakout-prone skin, leaving it softer, smoother, and more balanced.

Why oily skin still needs moisture
It's tempting to skip moisturizer when your skin is oily, but oily skin can still be dehydrated, especially when you're using clarifying products. When skin lacks water, it can feel tight and look rough even while it's shiny. Sebu-Lac adds lightweight moisture alongside gentle lactic acid exfoliation, so skin stays balanced instead of swinging between dry and oily.

How to use
After cleansing and toning with Sebu-Wash and Sebu-Tone, apply to face and neck, or as directed by your skin therapist. Wear sunscreen daily.
The Environ Clarity+ routine
Sebu-Wash Gel Cleanser → Sebu-Tone Clarifier → Sebu-Lac Lotion or Sebu-ACE Oil → Sebu-Spot Blemish Gel as needed → Sebu-Clear Masque weekly.
Building your routine
- Pre-cleanse with Dual Action Pre-Cleansing Oil if you wear makeup or sunscreen.
- Cleanse with Botanical Infused Sebu-Wash Gel Cleanser.
- Tone with Botanical Infused Sebu-Tone Clarifier.
- Hydrate with Sebu-Lac Lotion.
- Spot treat with Botanical Infused Sebu-Spot Blemish Gel as needed.
In the morning, finish with a broad-spectrum sunscreen.
Adding vitamin A to a Clarity+ routine
Environ's core philosophy is vitamin A, and breakout-prone skin benefits from it too. Your skin therapist may suggest adding a vitamin A product from the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™, such as Vita-Antioxidant AVST Gel or Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1, and stepping up gradually as your skin adapts. Introducing one new product at a time makes it easier to see what your skin likes.

A little goes a long way. Use a thin, even layer, and let it absorb before applying sunscreen or makeup.
Sebu-Lac Lotion or Sebu-ACE Oil?
Both are Clarity+ moisturizing options. Sebu-Lac is a non-oily lotion with lactic acid, which many oily skin types love. Vita-Botanical Sebu-ACE Oil is an oil-based option. We'll help you choose based on how your skin feels.
How soon will I see a difference?
Skin often feels softer and smoother within a couple of weeks. A clearer, more even look takes consistent use over several weeks as skin renews.
Will it tingle?
Lactic acid can tingle slightly, especially when you first start. If you notice lasting stinging or redness, use it once a day and let us know.
Do I still need sunscreen?
Yes. Lactic acid can increase sun sensitivity, so daily broad-spectrum sunscreen is a must.
Can I use it while pregnant or nursing?
Please check with your healthcare provider before starting any new active skincare during pregnancy or nursing.
