Face Reality invisiClear™ Pimple Patches are hydrocolloid spot patches made to support your clear-skin journey. These nearly invisible patches draw out fluid from blemishes, help flatten them, and create a protective barrier so you can't pick. They're your shield between today's breakout and tomorrow's clearer skin.

What is hydrocolloid?
Hydrocolloid is a gel-forming material originally used in wound care. It gently pulls fluid out of a blemish and keeps the area moist and protected, creating the ideal environment for skin to heal. You'll often see the patch turn white as it absorbs.

How to use
Cleanse and fully dry the area. Don't apply over serums or creams, since the patch needs a clean, dry surface to stick. Press a patch firmly over the blemish and leave it on for several hours or overnight. Remove and replace with a fresh patch as needed.
Building your routine
Patches go on clean, bare skin before the rest of your products. A typical evening looks like this:
- Cleanse with Ultra Gentle Cleanser or Acne Face and Body Wash, then pat completely dry.
- Patch any blemishes that have come to a head.
- Treat the rest of your face with the serum in your plan, such as 5% Mandelic Serum, working around the patches.
- Hydrate with a non-clogging moisturizer like Hydrabalance Hydrating Gel, again avoiding the patches.
For red, inflamed spots that haven't come to a head, try Sulfur Spot Treatment instead.
Esthetician tip
Patches work best on blemishes that have come to a head. For deep, under-the-skin bumps, ask us about the right spot treatment.
Why did the patch turn white?
That's the hydrocolloid absorbing fluid from the blemish. When it looks fully white or starts to lift, it's time for a fresh patch.
Can I wear them during the day?
Yes. They're nearly invisible, so you can wear them to work, school, or errands. They also help keep you from touching the spot throughout the day.
Can I put makeup over a patch?
Patches create a protective barrier between the breakout and makeup. Apply your makeup carefully around and over the patch, and avoid rubbing it.
Do they work on blackheads or deep bumps?
Patches work best on blemishes that have come to a head. Blackheads and deep, under-the-skin bumps are better handled with your daily routine and professional treatments.
Why won't my patch stick?
The skin needs to be clean and completely dry. Any serum, moisturizer, or oil underneath will keep it from adhering, so apply patches first.
Will patches stop new breakouts?
No. Patches help with blemishes you can already see. A consistent daily routine is what helps keep new breakouts from forming.
