Why the neck needs its own care
The skin on the neck and chest is thinner than facial skin and has fewer oil glands, so it tends to show dryness, crepiness, and fine lines earlier. It is also one of the most commonly skipped areas when it comes to skincare and sunscreen. Looking down at phones adds horizontal creasing over time. How to use
Apply to clean skin on the neck and décolletage, using upward strokes from the base of the neck toward the jaw. Because it contains retinol, start with every other evening and increase to daily as your skin adjusts. Follow the directions on your package.
Important: Retinol can increase sun sensitivity. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen to your neck and chest every morning.
Building your routine
- Cleanse face and neck with a gentle cleanser like Hydra-Intense Cleansing Lotion.
- Exfoliate a few times a week with Brilliance Boost Resurfacing Pads (on nights you are not using retinol).
- Treat the neck and chest with Flawless Neck Crème, and the face with a peptide moisturizer like Cran Peptide Cream.
- Protect every morning with Ultra Zinc Body & Face SPF 40.

How long until I see results?
Skin usually feels more hydrated within days. Changes in the look of texture, firmness, and lines build gradually over several weeks of consistent use, since retinol works with your skin's natural renewal cycle.
Is some dryness or flaking normal?
A little dryness can happen while your skin adjusts to retinol. Go back to every other night and add a simple moisturizer on top. If you have lasting redness or irritation, stop and check in with us.
Can I use it on my face?
It is formulated for the neck and décolletage. For the face, we usually recommend a dedicated facial product, and we can help you choose one.
Can I use it with acids or other retinoids?
Avoid layering it with strong exfoliants or another retinoid on the same night. Alternate nights instead, and ask us how to schedule your actives.
Can I use it while pregnant or nursing?
Retinol is generally avoided during pregnancy. Please check with your healthcare provider before using this product if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or nursing.
