Getting started
Bring your device to your next appointment. We'll show you the technique and help you choose which Environ products to use with it.
How to use
Cleanse and tone your skin, then apply your Environ serum or gel. Glide the DF Mobile over the face and neck as directed in the device instructions or by your skin therapist. Follow with your vitamin A moisturizer. Use in the evening.

How it fits with your Environ routine
Environ's results are built on consistent use of vitamin A and antioxidants through the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™. The DF Mobile doesn't replace those products. It works alongside them, helping your serums and gels absorb more effectively so you get more from the products you're already using. Think of it as a way to bring a bit of the treatment room home between your professional visits.
Building your routine
On the evenings you use your DF Mobile:
- Cleanse with Dual Action Pre-Cleansing Oil followed by Mild Cleansing Lotion.
- Tone with Vita-Peptide Toner.
- Apply a water-based Environ serum or gel, such as Vita-Antioxidant AVST Gel or HA Intensive Hydrating Serum.
- Use the device as directed in the instructions.
- Moisturize with your Environ vitamin A moisturizer, such as Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1 or the level you're on.
Where this fits in the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™
Environ builds every routine around vitamin A, introduced gradually. Most clients start with Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1 and move up through the AVST Moisturisers, typically spending 2 to 3 bottles at each level, all the way to Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 5. Anti-aging routines follow a parallel path with the C-Quence Serums 1 through 4, then Vita-Peptide Intensive Serum 4 Plus. This product works alongside whichever level you're on, so you won't need to change it as you step up.
Does it hurt?
No. The technology is gentle, and most people find sessions relaxing.
How often should I use it?
Follow the device instructions or the schedule we set together. Consistency matters more than long sessions.
Who shouldn't use it?
Like other devices that use electrical currents, it isn't suitable for everyone. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, a medical condition, or you're pregnant or nursing, check the device instructions and talk with your healthcare provider before using it.
Can I use any product with it?
Use it with Environ products recommended for the device. We'll help you choose the right serum for your skin goals.
When will I see results?
Results build gradually with regular use alongside your Environ products. Skin often looks fresher and more hydrated early on, with further improvements over several weeks.

Returns
Unused, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Opened or used products can only be returned with our approval. Skin reacts differently to every product, so if something isn't working for you, reach out and we'll find a solution together.
