Who it's for

How to use
After shampooing and conditioning, towel-dry your hair. Warm a small amount of oil between your palms and smooth it through the mid-lengths and ends, keeping it away from the roots. Comb through, then blow-dry or air-dry as usual. On dry hair, a drop or two smoothed over the surface tames flyaways and adds a polished finish. Start with less than you think you need. You can always add more, and a little goes a long way.
Building your hair & scalp routine
Healthy-looking hair starts at the scalp. A simple routine with this treatment looks like this:
- Cleanse with a shampoo that suits your scalp, such as the Tea Tree Lavender Mint Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner Set for dry hair.
- Condition mid-lengths to ends and rinse well.
- Treat once a week with a mask like the Tea Tree Lavender Mint Deep Conditioning Mineral Hair Mask if your hair is extra dry.
- Style with Moroccanoil Treatment on towel-dried hair before blow-drying, and a touch more on dry ends to finish.
Once a week or so, a clarifying wash like OUAI Detox Shampoo helps clear away product buildup so your treatment and conditioner can do their job.

For a deeper treat on very dry ends, smooth a little extra oil through them as a pre-shampoo treatment, leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes, then shampoo and condition as usual. Will it make my hair greasy?
Not when you use the right amount. Most of the heaviness people notice comes from using too much or applying it at the roots. Keep it on mid-lengths and ends and start with a small amount.
Can I use it on wet and dry hair?
Yes. Use it on damp, towel-dried hair as a conditioning and styling base, and on dry hair as a finishing product to smooth frizz and add shine.
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, it's a popular choice for color-treated hair, which tends to feel drier and lose shine more easily.
Original or Light: which should I choose?
Choose Original for normal to thick, coarse or dry hair. Choose Light for fine or light-colored hair that gets weighed down easily.
How long does a bottle last?
