Is this a shampoo or a rinse?
It's a clarifying rinse that you use in place of your shampoo on reset days. Apply it to wet hair and scalp, leave it on briefly, rinse, and follow with conditioner.
How often should I use it?
Paul Mitchell suggests once a week or as needed. Heavy product users may like it a little more often. If your hair starts to feel dry, use it less.
Will my hair smell like vinegar?
No. It has a fresh, invigorating tea tree scent, and it rinses clean.
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, the brand lists it as color safe. Clarifying products can be stronger than daily shampoo, so we suggest waiting a few days after a color service before using it.
