Colorescience Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Face Shield Flex SPF 50 is a lightweight, tinted mineral sunscreen with buildable coverage. Encapsulated pigments "bloom" as you rub them between your fingertips, adapting to your natural skin tone to even out complexion instantly with a soft demi-matte finish. It's sunscreen and skin tint in one step.

- Niacinamide (vitamin B3): supports the skin barrier.
- Silver ear mushroom extract: deep hydration.
- Bisabolol: soothes and calms.
- LIPOCHROMAN™ and vitamin E: antioxidants that defend against pollution.
- Encapsulated iron oxides: tone-adapting color and blue light protection.
How to use
Activate, develop, set. Dispense onto your fingertips and rub gently to activate the pigments. Apply to moisturized skin and blend evenly. Allow 1 to 2 minutes for the shade to fully develop. For more coverage, layer another coat after 1 minute. Reapply every two hours.
Free of parabens, sulfates, phthalates, oil, dyes, and fragrance. Non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic.

Face Shield Flex replaces both your sunscreen and your foundation, so your morning routine stays short:

- Protect and even tone with Face Shield Flex SPF 50.
- Reapply during the day with Sunforgettable® Total Protection™ Brush-On Shield SPF 50.
How do I pick my shade?
Choose the shade closest to your natural skin tone: Fair, Light, Medium, Tan, Deep, or Rich Deep. The encapsulated pigments adapt as you blend, which makes the match forgiving. Test on your jawline and give it the full 1 to 2 minutes to develop before deciding. If you're between shades, we can match you in the studio.
Why does the color change as I rub it in?
The pigments are encapsulated, so the formula looks lighter in the bottle. Rubbing it between your fingertips releases the color, and it keeps developing on the skin for a minute or two.
How much coverage does it give?
Buildable, medium coverage with a soft demi-matte finish. One layer evens tone; a second layer after a minute adds more coverage where you need it.
How often should I reapply?
Every two hours when outdoors, and after swimming or sweating. It's water and sweat resistant for 40 minutes.
Is it good for sensitive skin?
Yes. It's all-mineral, fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and hypoallergenic, so it's a great choice for sensitive skin. After a professional treatment, follow your aftercare instructions before going back to tinted products.
Can I mix it with other Face Shields?
Yes. Mix a little Face Shield Glow SPF 50 in for more radiance, or wear Face Shield Matte SPF 50 through the T-zone if you get oily by afternoon.
