Environ Purifying Anti-Pollution Masque is a multifunctional masque formulated with charcoal and special botanicals. It absorbs pollutants and impurities to help purify pores, while soothing, moisturizing, and protecting skin whose barrier has been stressed by everyday environmental damage.

Why pollution matters for your skin
Everyday exposure to exhaust, smoke, dust, and other airborne particles can settle on the skin and in the pores. Over time that buildup can leave skin looking dull and congested, and it adds to the oxidative stress that contributes to visible aging. A weekly purifying masque helps lift that buildup away, while soothing botanicals keep the skin comfortable rather than stripped.
Who it's not for
Avoid using it on broken or sunburned skin, and skip it for a few days around professional peels or other in-studio treatments unless we tell you otherwise.

How to use
Apply an even layer to clean skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water. Follow with your Environ vitamin A moisturizer. Use 1 to 2 times a week.
Building your routine
Use this masque once or twice a week as part of your evening routine:
- Pre-cleanse and cleanse with Dual Action Pre-Cleansing Oil followed by Low Foam Cleansing Gel or Mild Cleansing Lotion.
- Masque with Purifying Anti-Pollution Masque for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse.
- Tone with Botanical Infused Moisturising Toner.
- Moisturize with your Environ vitamin A moisturizer, such as Vita-Antioxidant AVST Moisturiser 1 or your current level.
During the day, mist on Complete Anti-Pollution Spritz for extra defense, and on alternate masque nights try Tri Bio-Botanical Revival Masque when skin needs radiance rather than purifying.
Esthetician tip
Rinse with lukewarm water and a soft, damp cloth so you remove the masque fully without scrubbing. Don't let it dry until it cracks and pulls, and moisturize right away while skin is receptive.
Will a charcoal masque dry out my skin?
This masque is formulated with soothing, moisturizing botanicals alongside the charcoal, so it's designed to purify without leaving skin tight. Stick to 1 to 2 times a week and always follow with your moisturizer.
Can I use it if I have sensitive skin?
Yes, it's suitable for all skin types. If your skin is very reactive, start with a shorter application time and see how it responds.
Is it good for breakout-prone skin?
It can be a nice addition for congested skin. For a dedicated blemish-control masque, also look at Hydroxy Acid Sebu-Clear Masque.
Can I use it on my nose and chin only?
Absolutely. Multi-masking is a great approach. Use it on congested areas and a hydrating masque on drier areas.
How long will it last?
Because you only need a thin, even layer once or twice a week, one container typically lasts a good while with regular use.
Can I use it while pregnant or nursing?
Please check with your healthcare provider before starting any new skincare during pregnancy or nursing.
