What's inside
- Soothe Herbal Cleansing Cream: a gentle, creamy cleanser with green tea and chamomile that cleans without stripping sensitized skin.
- Hydrate Facial Mist: a rose and hyaluronic acid mist that soothes and replenishes moisture.
- Restore Hydration Masque: a rich masque with camellia oil, rosehip, and hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate and support the barrier.
- Glow C+ Brightening Serum: a vitamin C serum that brightens and protects as skin renews.
- Flora Elixir Botanic Facial Oil: a nourishing blend of nine botanical oils that supports skin's natural repair.
- Nourish Replenishing Moisturizer: a rich moisturizer that rebuilds the barrier and locks in hydration.
Why post-peel care matters
After a peel, fresh new skin is more sensitive and loses moisture more easily. Gentle cleansing, plenty of hydration, barrier support, and daily sun protection help skin heal comfortably and show off brighter, smoother results.
How to use
Morning: cleanse with Soothe, mist with Hydrate, apply Glow C+ (once your esthetician says it's okay to resume active serums), then Nourish, followed by a mineral sunscreen.
Evening: cleanse with Soothe, mist with Hydrate, press in a few drops of Flora Elixir, and finish with Nourish.
1 to 3 times a week: apply Restore Hydration Masque for 10 to 15 minutes, or leave on overnight.
Esthetician tip
Don't pick or peel flaking skin. Let it shed on its own, and keep skin hydrated and protected. Follow your esthetician's specific aftercare instructions for your treatment.
Building your routine
Your exact aftercare depends on the treatment you had, so always follow the instructions your esthetician gives you. As a general guide, here is how the kit works during the first couple of weeks:
- Days 1 to 3: keep it simple. Cleanse with Soothe, mist with Hydrate, and moisturize with Nourish. Skip actives like vitamin C until your esthetician says it is okay.
- While skin is flaking: add Flora Elixir in the evening and Restore Hydration Masque as needed to keep skin comfortable and supple.
- Once skin has settled: bring Glow C+ back into your morning routine to brighten and protect your fresh skin.
Every morning, finish with a mineral sunscreen such as Ultra Zinc Body & Face Non-tinted SPF 40. Fresh skin after a peel is especially sensitive to the sun.
How long does the kit last?
It depends on how often you use each product. Each step uses only a small amount, so the products last well past the first couple of weeks of recovery, and you can keep using your favorites as an everyday routine.
Is it normal for my skin to peel or feel tight?
Yes. Light flaking, tightness, and mild sensitivity are common after many peels as old skin sheds. Keep skin hydrated, avoid picking, and contact us if you notice anything that worries you, like blistering or lasting redness.
When can I go back to retinoids and acids?
Wait until your skin has fully healed and your esthetician gives the okay. Restarting retinoids, exfoliating acids, or scrubs too soon can irritate fresh skin.
Can I wear makeup after my peel?
Most people can return to mineral makeup once the skin is no longer raw or actively peeling, but it varies by treatment. Ask us what is right for the peel you had.
Can I use the kit if I have not had a peel?
Yes. These gentle, hydrating products are a lovely routine for dry, sensitized, or stressed skin, even without a professional treatment.
Can I use it while pregnant or nursing?
Please check with your healthcare provider before starting any new skincare product during pregnancy or nursing.
