How to use

Make it a shower ritual

A few minutes of intention turns a rushed rinse into real self-care. Here's how we like to build it:

1. Prep with a few minutes of dry brushing on dry skin using our Dry Brush – Body Brush, working in long strokes toward the heart.
2. Steam with a few sprays of Classic Eucalyptus once the water is hot. Slow your breathing and let the scent fill the space.
3. Cleanse with your favorite gentle body wash, then pat skin until just damp.

Frequently asked questions

Do I spray it on my skin?
No. This is an aromatherapy mist for the shower air, not a body spray. Spray it into the steam beneath the running water and keep it away from your eyes and face.

How long does a bottle last?
It depends on how many pumps you use and how often you shower. Because you only need a few sprays each time, even the .5 oz mini goes further than most people expect, and the 8 oz is the best choice for daily use.

Will it make my shower floor slippery?
Essential oils can leave a slick film on tile or tubs. Aim the spray into the steam rather than at the floor, and take care when stepping out.

Is it safe around kids and pets?
Eucalyptus oil should be kept out of reach of children and pets and should never be swallowed. Ventilate the bathroom after use if you share your home with pets.

Can I use it while pregnant or with a respiratory condition?
Please check with your healthcare provider before using essential oil products during pregnancy, while nursing, or if you have asthma or another breathing concern.
